"description": "This painting was created during the Rio Art Residency in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from June 17th \u2013 23rd, 2024. \n\nThe inspiration for this piece stems from a trip to Rio eight years ago, with the residency reigniting my deep appreciation for this vibrant country.\n\nThe painting 'Cidade Maravilhosa' represents Rio as a Marvelous City and a tribute to the city's natural beauty. For Rio, while there is beauty everywhere, the beach is a common place to be with friends and family.\n\nYou can find the original painting that uses an NFC chip using T.R.A.C.E. by Transient Labs to track its digital certificate of authenticity here https://www.transient.xyz/nfts/arbitrum/0x6c0175ff8d202d2c110ab3d15da8d7f92f4578bd/3\n\nAbout the artist:\n\nAlimo is best known for his curvy post-pop imagery, highly saturated colors, and worlds inhabited by figures arranged on flat tonal surfaces. His line work blends both drawing and design with inspiration from the ocean to the mountains focusing on people interacting with their everyday selves.\n\nMore info on the artist at www.alimofun.com\n\n---\n\nThis artwork listed is indeed authentic, created by, and copyright to artist Alimo; the purchase of this NFT is a purchase of the asset, not of the copyright.\n",
